By using Webble in any form you are agreeing to these terms of use in their entirety.
 
Web Industries Limited reserves the right to alter these terms of use at any time to ensure the security, safety and integrity of this website, members and the general public.  Whenever these terms of use are updated, registered users will be prompted to accept the updated terms of use when they first login.

Terminology

  • Webble - a trading name of Web Industries Limited, and in reference to the Website below,
  • We, us, our – refer to Web Industries, trading as Webble,
  • Member – any person with a registered Webble account,
  • You, your – refer to Webble members,
  • Website – refers to webble.co.nz, and any associated services provided by Web Industries Limited,
  • Listing – any content created on this website by a Member,
  • Process – any actions or functions contained within this website,
  • Exchange – any outcome of using the Webble process.

Webble’s service to you

Webble aims to provide a robust and secure website to allow Members to connect with the people who can give them what they want, whether this is the sale, purchase, acquisition, barter, or any other form of exchange, of any product, item or service.  Webble will not restrict the content of listings made by Members, other than those which are illegal, or, solely at our discretion, those which may be objectionable or harmful for the general public in any way. 

Responsibility

Webble is responsible for providing a secure, safe and robust service to Members, but all exchanges are conducted between Members, and Webble is in no way responsible for any outcomes or unintended consequences of using the Webble process.  Webble provides no guarantees, warrantees, or endorsements of any Member or their listings, implied or otherwise.  All use of Webble is at the Member’s risk, and must be in accordance with New Zealand law.  All agreements between Members are binding within the limits of New Zealand law. 

Disclaimer

  • Webble does not guarantee that services will be provided without interruption or error, nor the accuracy of any Listings,
  • Members use Webble entirely at their own risk,
  • Accuracy of Listings is entirely the responsibility of Members,
  • Webble is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by Members as a result of using Webble,
  • Webble is not responsible for the prevention of fraudulent or illegal activity or Listings by Members, other than to remove Listings either at our discretion, or at the request of the Police or any other regulatory authority,
  • Webble completely excludes itself, and Members completely waive Webble from all liability and responsibility that may arise from the use of the website.

Indemnity

Members agree to keep Webble indemnified against all actions, claims, costs, losses, proceedings, damages, demands or liabilities.

Breaking terms of use

Webble reserves the right to limit, remove, warn, suspend, sanction or terminate any membership of any Member who, at our discretion, have breached these terms of use.

Membership and fees

  • No fee to use all the standard want and response functionality
  • Various monthly fees for purchase of badges
  • Fees can be changed at Webble discretion
  • Fees are to be paid in advance, non-payment of fees will result in account suspension and deletion
  • Members must be over the age of 18 years
  • Members must be located within New Zealand
  • All fees are quoted including GST

Accuracy of information

Members agree to provide complete and accurate information both during registration and in posting listings.
 
Badges are verified based on information provided to us, and through verifying the accuracy of this information through reasonably available means.
 
Contact details are required for legal purposes, and the use and protection of them covered by our Privacy Policy.

Termination of membership

Webbles reserves the right to terminate any membership without discussion as a result of complaints or any other issue that Webble at its sole discretion determines to be unacceptable.
 
Members can contact us to cancel their account at any time, there are no refunds for fees paid in advance.

Login information

Members are solely responsible for the security of all information including login, e mail and passwords. Members agree not to provide these details to any other person.

General

  • All information provided by us on this website is done so in good faith
  • No automated means of accessing the website or listing content are allowed without our consent
  • No member will interfere or in any other way damage the website
  • Agreements between Members are binding, however Webble is not responsible in any form for enforcing the fulfilment of any agreement between Members
  • All listings must conform to New Zealand law
  • Members are responsible for all exchanges completed under their account
  • Memberships are not transferable in any way
  • Members are responsible for ensuring that all listings and exchanges conform to New Zealand law, listings are not to contain illegal, objectionable, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous products or services
  • Webble reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems to be unsuitable or offensive
  • Webble is not responsible for delivery or non-delivery of any item
  • Webble will work to ensure the availability of the website but takes no responsibility for down time or for any loss resulting from such down time
  • Non-enforcement of Webble rights under these terms of use does not constitute a waiver of the terms of use
  • All property and intellectual property including all website and related content remain the property of Webble.
