We've just gone through another significant change to the site to keep things exciting and moving forward. This time round we have changed how you refer to an Offer. This is now classed as a "Response". Reason for this change has been so we can allow you to post a direct Offer as you currently can with a Special. With Specials, we will be turning these into an even more interactive piece of content in the coming weeks.

It's been due - we know! We've been working round the clock to sort out some small browser issues as well as to streamline some of Webble's functionality. This included:

That's right, we've just scrapped Premium memberships - you can use all the functionality of Webble without it costing you a cent!

A few days later and it looks like both Webble and Facebook have made up and are once again joined in holy matrimony.

Liking a specific Want has never been easier - simply click on the button inside each and every listing!
 

It seems as of today, Facebook and Internet Explorer have had a separation at the expense of your browsing of Webble.

This is a technical glitch with Facebook (happened to a lot of people a year ago too!) and something we hope to be fixed as soon as poss!

After our grumbling earlier about IE we have got the problems sorted out and hopefully Webble is now looking great for everyone, regardless of which browser they are using.

If you notice anything that looks funny it would be great if you can let us know.

Internet Explorer is causing some major issues in that it’s making Webble look funny! Webble has been built using the latest and greatest web development tools, and to be honest, IE is struggling to keep up... We have already made some changes to make it easier for IE to display Webble, and more are being made right now.

We decided to fast track the introduction of being able to accept multiple Offers. Now, when you create a Premium Want you can choose whether you want to accept a single Offer, or multiple Offers from many Webblers.

If you only need to accept a single Offer, then once you have picked the one that suits you, your Want will be automatically Closed and a Confirmation Summary created.

If you choose multiple Offers, then at any point you can choose to close your Want by clicking on the ‘Click here to permanently close this Want‘ link.

You can now edit your Wants and Offers to make it easier to make change and amendments. You can do so by clicking the ‘Edit this’ link.

You can only edit a Want until the point you select an Offer. At this point to be fair to Offerers the Want is locked for editing. Similarly, once an Offer you have submitted on a Want has been accepted you cannot edit it.

You are able to permanently close a Want at any point, and you may choose to delete an Offer made on a Want at any point until it has been selected.

We’ve introduced the ability for Webblers to be able to make and reply to comments on Special Offers. This will mean it is easy to communicate about any details and allow Webblers interested in taking up the Special Offer to express their interest.
